Layout Pigout 2023 - Rules

All games will be played to 15, half at 8
Rounds for both days are 100 minutes long. Time Cap at 90 minutes
1 timeout per half plus a floater. No timeouts after cap.
Rules for cap: When cap goes off, if there is a point in progress, complete it. If the score is then tied, the next point wins. If the score is not tied, then the leading team has won.
