Soft cap at 90 minutes
Hard cap at 105 minutes

2 timeouts per team per half.
No timeouts after the softcap horn, first transgression is just a warning. Second is a turnover

This is a 4/3 tournament. receiving team chooses 4 men or 4 women. If pulling team cannot match, they can be made to play a player down. Gender ratio/matching agreements can be made by captains prior to a game.
