Welcome to this year's NYC Youth Kickoff! A few notes:

Please note that this format includes "clipped" pools, rather than traditional pools to cut down on rounds. This means that pool play takes the form of four mini brackets to seed into more traditional bracket play. Contact the TD with questions.
Each team will have four games. Games are to 13 points, soft capped at 90 minutes, and hard capped at 100 minutes. Round times are 105 minutes. Halftime cap is at 45 minutes.
There is a 15 minute break added between rounds 2 and 3 of the day to allow for a moment of peace.

1 horn chirp signals the start each round
2 horn chirps signals halftime cap AND again at softcap (45 minutes and 90 minutes into each round)
3 horn chirps signals hard cap (100 minutes into each round)
One long continuous horn blast signals lighting or other play-halting conditions. If you hear this signal, send an adult and captain to tournament central immediately

All players must have a current USAU waivers and memberships (Affiliate ok) to participate in this tournament.
Teams must have a minimum of 1 USAU Chaperone on their team roster
Team Roster minimum is 10

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
Provisions & Amenities - A list of important items that should be provided at the tournament. (Note not all items may be provided at regular season or recreation events, such as logos, event guides, shelter etc.).
Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
