Please note these important deadlines:
1. Team Registration - 5:00pm MT on April 23.
-Please start this process immediately. Only a chaperone and team manager are needed to complete this step. Background checks for chaperones take two weeks to clear so please do not hesitate!*
*This is the #1 issue disqualifying teams from particpation. Please make sure a 21+ adult who will be attending the tournament with your team has a USAU account and a cleared and current background check with USAU. Other background checks will not work. A membership is NOT needed. Step by step instructions are available here. Please pass this on to the adult who will be traveling with your team immediately.
To register your team you’ll need to log in here and follow these instructions. If you are returning a team from 2015 please pay particular attention to step 3.
2. Final Event Rosters Due - 5:00pm MT on the Wednesday prior to the start of the event.*
*Late and day of hard copy rosternig may be permitted in some cases. Please check with your competition state coordinator regarding any exceptions.
