All games to 13, win by 2, point cap at 15. Two timeouts per half; timeouts not affected by caps.
Soft Cap: 70 minutes (finish point, add two to highest score, play to that, no more win by 2).
Hard Cap: 90 minutes (finish point, if game is tied, play one more; if not tied, its over).
In overtime (12-12) each team gets 1 timeout regardless of how many they have used to this point.
