Rounds are 120 minutes long. Soft Cap comes on at 90 minutes into the round; hard cap follows at 110 minutes.
Two timeouts per team per half; caps do not affect this. If the game goes into over time (tied at 14-14), each team then has one timeout, regardless of what has or hasn't been used yet
