  Lodging:  
Navigate to www.gametimetravel.com/usaultimate and click the green "CHECK HOTEL AVAILABILITY" box that corresponds to your event.  The cutoff dates for the hotel rooms vary from the earliest on April 15th to May 1st, but many are by April 24th.  Book your rooms sooner rather than later.
