(Update 4/27/23) In response to incoming inclement weather, a lot of research and consultation with teams, we are keeping the event in Pennsylvania but relocating it to be primarily played on turf: Saturday outdoors at Swarthmore and Sunday indoors in a dome (!) in Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim.

Important note for Spooky Nook: We are limited in our # of cars, and the facility charges $10 for parking.  Jerry (the TD) can recommend alternate parking locations nearby, and teams can then drop off passengers and gear and then have drivers go park and walk back.

  • Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
  • Provisions & Amenities - A list of important items that should be provided at the tournament. (Note not all items may be provided at regular season or recreation events, such as logos, event guides, shelter etc.).
  • Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
