Philly Invite 2016 - Rules

Games to 15, hard cap at 17, 2 timeouts each half. At 105 minutes the soft cap applies - finish point, add 2 to higher score and play to this total [if reaching 15 with a two point lead does not occur first]. At 120 minutes, the time cap applies at the end of the point. The game is over if not tied; play one more point if the game is tied. Caps do not affect time outs.
