Philly Invite 2017 - Rules

Games to 15, hard cap at 17, 2 timeouts each half. Gender ratio is 3/4 4/3 offense decides. Regardless of how many timeouts a team has used before overtime, during overtime, each team has one timeout. A game is in overtime if tied at one point less than the original game total (i.e., 14-14 for our games to 15). Caps do not affect time outs. At 105 minutes the soft cap applies - finish point, add 2 to higher score and play to this total [if reaching 15 with a two point lead does not occur first]. At 120 minutes, the time cap applies at the end of the point. The game is over if not tied; play one more point if the game is tied.
