Royal Experience 2025

Royal Experience is BACK for 2025! This year's event will take place at Heritage Soccer Park in Olathe, KS, with all-grass lined fields, ample parking, restrooms, and other amenities above and beyond the usual standard.

We're excited to offer all three club divisions, with a bid fee of $385. More details to come as we get closer to the event and the season as a whole.

We continue to focus on offering a quality tournament at an affordable bid fee. Improvements on last year will include more restrooms and an expedited water service. Enhanced communication channels will also be a primary focus as we draw closer to the weekend of the event.

 Ultimate Central will charge fees on top of your registration! If you'd like to save ~$9, please reach out to John Wildman at john@kcultimate.com for alternate payment methods like PayPal or Venmo.

We will additionally be experimenting with new perks/communication methods in the hopes of providing a better experience all around. More details on that will come as we get closer to the event.

We understand that some teams may be more uncertain about their tournament calendars, so we're offering a pretty team-friendly refund schedule:

Before July 1: 100% refund

Before July 14: 75% refund

Before July 26: 25% refund

(Refunds will not include processing fees where applicable, i.e. $2 paypal processing, etc)
