Captain's Packet have been shared with you. There will not be printed copies for you; however, feel free to print your own. ALL Games (pool play and brackets) are to 13, capped at 15. Please report your scores via text to 858-254-7422 as well as tweet them @SB_Invite_TD. SAVAGE: We will have excellent tournament gear available from SAVAGE Ultimate for sale, which can be paid in cash or via Venmo - pass that along to your teams! There will be a tent selling merchandise as well as handing out Captain's bags and field discs on Storke Field near fields 9/10. The bags can be used as you would like - SAVAGE suggested using them as spirit awards after the tournament. Ultiworld will be filming games on Field 5 throughout the tournament. This means that if you are participating in a game set to be filmed, you will have to drive between fields sites (Robb Turf Field and Storke Grass Field). The drive is short and there should be some buffer time between rounds; just don't lag! Their schedule is below: Saturday 8 AM: Victoria v. Cincinnati (M) 9:45 AM: Washington v. CSU (M) 11:30 AM: Oregon State v. WashU (M) 1:15 PM: Cal v. USC (W) 3 PM: Women's PreQuarter Sunday 8 AM: Men's PreQuarter 9:45 AM: Women's Semi 11:30 AM: Men's Semi 1:15 PM: Women's Final 3 PM: Men's Final Observers will be onsite and will be Observing games throughout the weekend. If you would like a specific game on your schedule Observed, please email Burn at experyence@aol.com. Please be respectful to them throughout the weekend; they are here to enhance your playing experience. Food / Water / Bathrooms are illustrated on the field maps in the captain's packet. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD ON THE TURF (and no alcohol period). If you bring food to the turf, it will be confiscated. Pass that along to your teams. There will be standard tournament food provided outside the turf on Robb Field as well as on Storke Field. Parking is $4 per day. The machines will not give change; I suggest paying with a card. You will be ticketed if you do not pay for parking.
