Captain's Packets - include TD contact information, time out / cap info, etc. PLEASE TEXT / TWEET ALL SCORES TO TD AFTER EACH ROUND (@SB_Invite_2018 / #SBI18) Food / Parking - standard tournament food (and water) will be provided outside of the turf fields as well as on Storke Field (grass - field and bathroom map attached). NO FOOD IS PERMITTED ON THE TURF. The Rec Sports Staff will check your bags and confiscate items as deemed not allowed. - Parking is $4 per day. The machines accept card or exact cash payments. If you do not purchase a pass, expect to be ticketed. Observers - there will be at least 5 Observers onsite over the weekend. One crew will be dedicated to the filmed field (#5); the others will be roaming around, and will be accepting requests for desired games to be observed. Please contact Burn (experyence@aol.com) with requests or questions. Please respect their decisions and time committed to making the tournament a success. Ultiworld will be filming throughout the weekend on field #5. Please take special note if you are scheduled for one of those games; this most likely means you will have to hustle between field sites. Tournament Gear will be available for purchase (provided by Five). Please contact the TDs for more details. There will be a shade tent set up both days where the gear will be sold.

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
  
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.
