Trainers (Arriving at 7:30a on Sat. & 8a on Sunday)

 USA Ultimate Weather Policy 
  • We will suspend play with THREE (3) Horn Blasts and will communicate through the Tournament GroupMe on the plan to resume play. Once you hear 3 Horn Blast, please note the score and possession of the disc and immediately seek shelter. 


    Reasons for suspending play due to inclement weather:

    1. Lightning within 10 miles of the fields, as determined by Lightning Pro App.

    2.  Hail on the field creating unsafe playing conditions.

    3. Tornado sighting or conditions which could lead to a tornado being formed (watch/warning).

  • Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.  Membership Help Page

  • Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
  • Provisions & Amenities - A list of important items that should be provided at the tournament. (Note not all items may be provided at regular season or recreation events, such as logos, event guides, shelter etc.).
  • Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
