Field Rules:
 
No pets, alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, glass, or weapons are allowed on the fields. Tents are allowed, as long as you don’t stake them into the ground.
 
Bid Fee:
 
The bid fee will be $350 per team. This can be paid by cash, check or Venmo, and can be turned in at Tournament Central at either of the field locations. If paying by check, make it out to TXST Men’s Ultimate Disc. If paying by Venmo, send it to @Jake-Strickling.
 
Notes:
 
Fields 1, 2, and 3 will be located at Spring Lake, and Fields 4 and 5 will be located at Bobcat Village.

  • Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.  Membership Help Page

  • Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
  • Provisions & Amenities - A list of important items that should be provided at the tournament. (Note not all items may be provided at regular season or recreation events, such as logos, event guides, shelter etc.).
  • Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
