Southeast Women's Regionals - Rules

Games to 13 Round lengths: 110 minutes Soft cap: 80 minutes after start of each round Hard cap: 100 minutes after start of each round Each team has two team time-outs per half. Each team has exactly one team time-out in overtime, regardless of whether any time-outs remain from regulation. Halftime is ten minutes long. Timeouts are not affected by caps. One horn = soft cap. two horns = hard cap. three horns = lightning delay
