  • 2022-2023 USAU Rules
  • Games are to 15. There is no more win by 2.
  • 2 timeouts per half. (Timeouts are allowed in cap.)
  • Round times are 90 minutes (long horn)
  • Half Time Cap at 45 minutes, 10 minutes long
  • Soft cap at 75 minutes ( short horn)
  • Hard cap at 85 minutes (2 short horns)


  • Food is not allowed on the fields. Please leave your team food bags at TC.
  • No pets allowed on the Rec Cen turf. Service animals are an exception.
  • Zero tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs while on campus.
