Tournament will follow the current USAU 11th Edition rules, including the contact call.
Game Total: The total scores one team must reach to end the game. Win by 2.
Saturday Pool Play: 13
Sunday Bracket: 15
Point Cap: The maximum score limit for a game. NOT win by 2.
Saturday Pool Play: 15
Sunday Bracket: 17
Soft Cap: At the designated time, finish the point and add 2 to the highest score. The game ends when this total is reached. NOT win by 2.
Saturday Pool Play: 75 minutes after round start (25 minutes before next round)
Sunday Bracket: 90 minutes after round start (15 minutes before next round)
Hard Cap: At the designated time, finish the point. The game is over if the game is not tied. If the game is tied, play one more point.
Saturday Pool Play: 85 minutes after round start (10 minutes before next round)
Sunday Bracket: 105 minutes after round start (15 minutes before next round)
Time Outs: Two time outs per half. Time outs ARE allowed during caps. In the case of overtime (game tied at one less than the game total) each team has 1 time out, regardless of previous time out usage in the game.
Schedule Notes:
1) Please keep track of your own time and caps. Our division may have different rules than the others and/or the announcement from tourney central may be hard to hear.
2) For Sunday consolation games, I have provided a schedule for every team to get 2 games. If the loser of the semis play-in game wants a 2nd game, they will play the loser of the 2v3 semi and there will be no 3rd place game (there's not enough rounds to play both). If the loser of the semis play-in doesn't want to wait around for their second game and leaves, then the 3rd place game will be played. That's why there are 2 games scheduled for the same field at the same time.
