Hard cap at 90 minutes (finish point, play universe if tied)
Time cap at 100 minutes (finish point if tied, else game over)
 
Please communicate score to TD via tourney GroupMe immediately after the game. Ex:  "Team ABC 13 - Team XYZ 10"
