The 2022-2023 Official Rules of Ultimate are in effect
 
All Games to 15
2 Time Outs per half
Caps do not affect time outs
 
All  Games
Half Time Cap at 45 minutes
Soft Cap at 75 minutes
Hard Cap at 90 minutes
 
For Half time and Soft Cap
At the horn finish the point. If the target score (8 or 15) has not been reached add one to the higher score and this is the new target score.
 
At Hard Cap
Finish the point and the game is done unless the score is tied. If tied play one more point.
