Texas Tango tryouts are a USAU sanctioned event and require a USAU membership (at least a Youth membership). If this is your first time obtaining a Youth membership, you may qualify for a discounted introductory rate - contact leah@hq.usaultimate.org to inquire about an intro rate.

All participants must also complete all applicable USAU waivers through their member account page at https://play.usaultimate.org/members/waiversignoff/?BackURL=/members/&BackText=Cancel

All participants under the age of 18 must provide a completed and signed Medical Authorization Form. Forms can be printed from usaultimate.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Medical-Authorization-V4.1.form_.pdf

Players who do not have a USAU membership, completed waivers, and a hard copy of a Medical Authorization Form (if under 18) will not be permitted to participate.

Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. Membership Help Page
Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
