Upstate New York Mens Sectionals - Rules

Tournament Rules: Games are played to 11 points for Pool A (5 Teams), and 15 points for Pool B (4 Teams) Games are played to 15 for the Bracket on Sunday Two Time outs per half for each team during normal play One Time out allowed in Overtime / Soft Cap for each team No Time outs allowed during Hard Cap Soft Cap: One Horn Blast 20 minutes before the start of the next round Add 2 to the highest score after completing the current point. Game is played normally to that score Hard Cap: Two Horn Blasts 10 minutes before the start of the next round End game after the current point if score is not tied If score is tied complete one additional point to end the game
