This event is not accepting registration anymore.
Vacationland will have three divisions:
  • Open
  • Mixed
  • Cost per team is $550 And here is what you get:
  • Great competition
  • Lined fields
  • Access to trainers throughout the day
  • Livestreamed game each round
  • Beautiful weather
  • Native water (you know they bottle this stuff and sell it across the country)
  • Tournament Central with food trucks, tournament merchandise, free sports drinks, games
  • Golf carts to transport you all around 
 

Winning team in each division will win $1000!!  What would your team do with $1000? That's a nice team dinner, a bunch of microbrews or maybe it helps defray costs for the series?

Tournament Refund Policy

 
  • A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is made 2 weeks or more before tournament date, unless a replacement team is secured.
  • No refund will be issued if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the tournament date.
 

What If The Tournament Is Canceled or Shortened?

There are various reasons that may cause Maine Ultimate to cancel an event. Factors influencing refunds include, but are not limited to, the timing of event cancellation, the cause(s) of cancellation, the ability of the Maine Ultimate to recover event expenses, and the scope of the cancellation. Maine Ultimate will assess their financial obligations on a case by case basis and determine refunds at that time.

Club Regular Season Deadlines -

  1.  Monday 5 PM  prior to event: Team Registration 

  2.  Tuesday 8 AM: Schedule posted

  3.  Wednesday 5 PM: Final Event Rosters 

  4.  Monday 8 AM after event: Final Scores

Maine Ultimate is pleased to announce Vacationland, a two day club tournament the weekend of August 3rd and 4th. Maine is beautiful in the summer. Our beaches are comfortable, our restaurants are serving up some great food and our breweries are putting out some amazing beer. Why can't we play some amazing ultimate?
