Soft cap at 65 minutes.
Hard cap at 80 minutes.
1 TO per half plus 1 floater.
No timeouts in hard cap.
Do not have to win by 2 if cap is on.
As the 20-yard endzones have been reapproved for the 2016 College Series, endzones will be 20 yards.
